Isa pang High Value Individual Drug Suspect, arestado sa Lucena City

Sa patuloy na pagpapaigting ng operasyon kontral ilegal na droga sa Lucena City, isa na namang High-Value Individual (HIV)Drug Suspect ang naaresto ng mga awtoridad sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa Barangay Isabang, Peb. 25.
Sa pinagsamang pwersa ng Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit Quezon at Lucena City Police naaresto si alyas Palang, residente ng Brgy. Isabang, Tayabas City.

Nakumpiska sa kanya ang dalawang heat-sealed transparent plastic bags na pinaniniwalang shabu na tumitimbang ng 75 gramo na may Standard Drug Price (SDP) na P510,000.

Kasalukuyang nakakulong ang suspect sa Lucena City Police Station na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Samantala, binigyang diin ni PB Gen Paul Kenneth Lucas, regional director ng Calabarzon PNP na patuloy ang kanilang pagsugpo sa mga ilegal na gawain.

“This operation sends a clear message: in PRO CALABARZON, there is no safe haven for those who destroy lives with illegal drugs. Together, with the vigilance of our people, we will reclaim our streets and protect our future,” saad ni Lucas.
